OPERATION TRUTH STORM
10/1/06
50 people, 100 DVDs each, 5000 DVDs in one day.
Location: Museum Campus, or on route of the “Chicago Half Marathon*” http://www.chicagohalfmarathon.com/Course.349.0.html
The 50 will be broken in to squads of 5, each with a squad leader.
The teams will meet up at the designated staging area for the filming before we break up and start the distribution.
The filming will be for a new “Louder Than Words” 9/11 montage, produced by Jason Bermas, directed by Dylan Avery, and Executive produced by Corey Rowe.
Breakdown:
5 Captains ((L)): Captains must volunteer for their role and work closely with Squad Leaders and Gary to ease any confusion and maintain lines of communication. The Captain is responsible for keeping the base camp updated on any issues with law enforcement or problems with the general public. Captains will distribute 500 DVDs to their Squad Leader prior to the line up. Captains will double as Squad Leaders and hold 500 DVDs for their Truth Soldiers.
10 Squad Leaders (L): Squad leaders must volunteer for their leadership role, and are responsible for working with their team on deciding what location of the park we are in. The squad leaders will work with each other, and the Captains, to ensure that there is little to no overlap in covering the Lake Front. Squad Leaders will hold the 500 DVDs at the line up and distribute 100 DVDs per Truth Soldier, retaining 100 for themself
40 Truth Soldiers (s): Truth Soldiers are tasked with working with their Squad Leaders to cover agreed upon areas, and aid fellow Truth Soldiers when they have depleted their DVD cache and report any issues to their Captain or Squad Leader.
ALL ARE TRUTH SOLDIERS.
Organization and Communication is the key to the success of this action; it is a team building exercise, and a show of our organizational abilities. Talking to people you are giving the DVDs to, and answering their questions is all part of the action. If you are able to get contact info for any of the people you interact with it is an absolute plus.
The Line Up: The team will line up single file each wearing the provided T-shirts; every 5th person is the squad leader every 10th is a Captain.
The line up is purely for the video production element of this action and to set an example for others in the movement who wish to duplicate our efforts. The line up shows that we are organized, serious, and dedicated to spreading the message of 9/11 Truth to the people of our city. There may be several takes before we begin to role tape, and then again we may only need one.
At the line up Gary (G) will be on the bull horn, giving a pep talk to all the Truth Soldiers, some examples of what Gary (G) may say are:
“ This is Operation Truth Storm, you have been tasked with spreading the message of 9/11 Truth to the people of Chicago, each of you have been armed with 100 DVDs, it is you duty, as an American to spread the words of 9/11 Truth.”
“The first rule of 9/11 Truth is:
Respond: EVERYBODY’S GOTTA LEARN SOMETIME!”
“We are the seeders of Truth, sowing to the masses, what must be learned, we will not fail, we will not falter, we will succeed at all costs!”
“Justice will be served for the families, victims, and 1st responders of 9/11”

Camera Operators ©: Filming the dispatching of the Captains ((L)), Squad Leaders (L) and Truth Soldiers (s). One camera operator will take several sweeps running the length of the line, once across the faces, once across the shirts, and once across the DVDs in hand. The same will be done in the opposite direction. One camera operator will stand afar getting a cover shot of the opening action and one camera operator will stay on Gary (G) as he delivers his pep talk, and dispatches the Truth Soldiers.
Upon the dispatching of the line up the three camera operators will follow the selected squads until their battery dies or they run out of tape, whatever happens first.
Once each squad competes their distribution, they will rendezvous at the dispatch point, for some good old BBQ Grillin and drinks, and a movie in the park on the projector and screen. Guerrilla Video at it’s finest.
Seeing that it is October warm clothes would be needed depending on the weather.
