Hi there! ~~ There are not many forums to which I am subscribed, and even less to which I actively contribute (which sometimes makes me feel quite guilty). As a consciousness researcher from the Belgian/Dutch realm, I have always been very interested in cults and conspiracy theories. Conspiracy theories have always been —and still are— great fun to me.

But sometimes these conspiracies get all too real. The butchering of innocent people in the Middle East by the neo-conservative fascists' war machinery may be the most chilling and uncanny example at this moment.

I think the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld junta should be taken to court for all the war crimes they willingly and knowingly have committed. I also think the fascist Birmese regime should be taken out, too, and as soon as possible before more innocent civilians over there get hurt. Maybe a job for the Chinese Liberation Army, to make up for what these bastards, in their turn, did to Tibet?

I dunno. But, then again, that's me, too: always critical, skeptical and on guard in my mind, but in everyday reality naïve and way too soft on my fellow human beings. And a (probably uncurable) perfectionist, too. Nevertheless I sincerely hope to have finally found a place in cyberspace to stay, for a while or maybe even longer than that. Only time will tell.

Kind regards,

Memewarrior

Very nice forum, BTW. It offers a lot of technical possibilities that you won't find anywhere else!

Hi Memewarrior. Welcome to the CoRe.

I look forward to hearing more about your consciousness research.

Am also particularly interested in your statement that you tend to be "way too soft on... [your]... fellow human beings". To my mind, your proposed solution to the Burmese situation seems rather contradictory and I was hoping you might explain it for me. Not that you HAVE to justify anything to me of course. What a person thinks is their own concern, but I am interested nonetheless.
