Just wanted to say what's up- I am new and excited about all the information, although it is a little overwelming. Mostly I am excited to know I am not alone. I have not been online(i know that makes me sound like a dork) and did not know this information was available. I tried to talk about inconsistencies in the news, govt, current events and was labeled 'crazy'. That's what you get for being in the bible belt and being a woman with a brain, unfortunately I had found it easier to hide my true feelings and instincts, but at what cost to my soul I do not know. Then I felt maybe people I cared for shouldn't know, the old saying ignorance is bliss may have something. Anyways I am glad to be here but dont know where to start, if you actually believe in the bible please do not contact me, you guys creep me out. Peace Out

Yes, many of us have been there I assure you. I could waffle on for ages about that, but for now I'd recommend you check out Alan Watt if you've not come across him before. He has his limitations and his detractors but in terms of giving you "firm foundations" and a working model as to how we got where we are I personally think he's pretty well unsurpassed. I learned more from him in 4 hours than I learned in the previous 30 yrs of study. (Bit of a cliche, but it was certainly true for me).
