It's worth reading it through.
It derives from my local free paper. Here's some of the text to set the scene:

GARAGE OWNER HOLDS BT VAN TO RANSOM
18:00 - 04 August 2007

The multinational telephone company BT says it's good to talk but an angry Pawlett petrol station owner held it to ransom when he felt it was not listening to him.
Pete Davey, of Murco Filling Station was enraged when he said British Telecom engineers left him without a line to process credit card payments and it could be 21 days before it would be installed.
So when he saw a BT van pull in and the driver cross the road to go to Hilltop Cafe he took a chance and boxed the van in with vehicles for more than six hours.
He did not let the van go until he had a promise from BT they would return on Wednesday to install a box.
