James Billington was sworn in as the Librarian of Congress on September 14, 1987. He is the 13th person to hold the position since the Library of Congress was established in 1800.

Excellent background into historical events, I recommend both the torrent & this ebook for anyone wishing to get deeper into the history of the NWO / Illuminati - with a sidenote that the Christian tag on Reboot's file does not in any way indicate fire & brimstone in the contents - it doesn't.
