This is an incredible document - many thanks to you both for your work in bringing this to our attention. The implications of the experiments - and the very fact that many of them were performed at all - horrifies me.
Many thanks again,
Mairi

^^It's immensely disgusting to read contemporary media accounts of Delgado -- even the New York Times fawns over him uncritically without any regard to the fact he is cutting open people's skulls and wiring them to machines, not to mention the exent of his work in animal torture.

I think the implications of his work in regards to the brain chip (which the British MOD predicts will be implanted in every member of "civilised" society by 2038) are particularly disturbing.
Do you know of any available information regarding his source(s) of funding for conducting these experiments? It wouldn't surprise me to learn that Rockefeller and / or Morgan money figured somewhere in this, although I've not had time to look into this myself.
Can you help shed any light on this?

Absolutely -- I'm actually in the process of assembling a database of all these names I'll unveil within the month.
Delgado was funded by the Office of Naval Intelligence and Yale University. I have been unable to verify the many other sources of funding that have connected to him, including the CIA, Rockefeller Foundation, Carnegie Institute, and the Pioneer Fund. Considering the CIA "outsourced" several MKULTRA programs to the Office of Naval Intelligence, perhaps verifying CIA funding is beside the point, but I like to be thorough.

GMTA - nice one, Thirtyseven, I look forward to reading more about your findings, and greatly appreciate your thoroughness.
I recently met someone who mentioned that a family member had been involved in ECT experiments at the Tavistock Clinic, London, several decades ago, for behaviour modification purposes, if I picked up the right end of the stick. The potential similarity between some of of these experiments strikes me as perhaps significant, so I'll find out more about this & report back what I can find - hopefully it might be relevant to your area. of research, I'm really not sure at this point
Many thanks again for all your work in this area, & I very much look forward to your wider findings.
