Edit: I took the liberty of adding a couple of the attachments inline with your post - since this tracks the number of times a file has been downloaded, it can be a useful way to gague what people are interested in (to post further related material, where possible).

Please let me know if you need your upload limit raised, and I'll promote you to a group with a higher upload limit. This generally happens automatically at various #post thresholds, but I'm always happy to change this manually for anyone who needs it.

These links are from four years ago, so it's difficult to say if all of them will still work. You just have to go through them and see if they do. If you come across good links though, please share them. Thanks.
