From an email I received yesterday:
QUOTE
With the latest wave of Islamophobia (egged on by Govt ministers) there will be a demo in Glasgow this Saturday [this notice from Edinburgh Stop the War]:

UNITED AGAINT ISLAMOPHOBIA Saturday 21st October
We will not allow politicians to whip up hysteria against Muslims. Everyone against racism, scapegoating and persecution must unite together and stand should to shoulder this Saturday.

Protest rally Saturday 21st October, George Square 12 noon. Travel through from Edinburgh Waverley. Meet up at 10.30am to catch the 11am train. 4 for the price of 2 tickets are available for people traveling together.

Organised by Glasgow Stop the War and the Muslim Association of Britain. Supported by Edinburgh Stop the War.

[X.] will be there with 9/11 leaflets, dvds, and a placard mentioning 9/11 lies. [Y.] may also be with me, on a rare jaunt from his Northern lair. I am feeling quite militant that Stop the War hasn't!, that the usual Blowback left and Don't mention 9/11 peace movement won't be able to reverse the current tide of anti-Islam nonsense until they do take 911 on board. (At present Muslims know fine well what happened but until they get more support from the left/peacemovements/Christians they won't take the risk of being heavily scorned and even much worse for attempting to explode the 911 myth by themselves; but the longer Muslim youth see their 'elders and betters' pretending to believe in something none of them do believe in the greater the risk that some may become vulnerable to bona fide terrorism or more likely MI6 manipulated terrorism.) Hope to see some of you there

I'll be there too, with DVDs. With apologies for the short notice (I was working away yesterday, & am only now catching up on my email), I hope it's not too late for a couple of others to be able to make it along too.
